  CPAC is a family-owned athletic club serving the North Shore community for more than 40 years, offering world class training in Tae Kwon Do, Tennis, and Strength & Conditioning. Through these disciplines, we provide experiences that change lives.
  
  We offer a newly remodeled performance training center and service menu that reflect our commitment to developing the whole athlete. Come and experience the CPAC Process.
